White Sage Smudge Stick – 22.5cm
Create a fragrant moment of calm with this 22.5cm White Sage Smudge Stick. With its generous size and natural, earthy character, this aromatic herb bundle makes a beautiful addition to an altar, meditation space or home ritual collection.
White sage has traditionally been used in a range of cleansing and ceremonial practices, while the fragrant smoke can also become part of a personal ritual for marking a change, refreshing your surroundings or creating a little space to pause. You don't need an elaborate ceremony — simply enjoy the process and make the ritual your own.
When ready to use, carefully light the end of the bundle, allow it to catch briefly and then extinguish the flame so the sage produces fragrant smoke. Move it gently through your chosen space if that forms part of your practice, or simply allow the aroma to fill the room.
Size: Approximately 22.5cm.
Always use a heatproof, fire-safe dish and ensure there is good ventilation. Never leave burning sage unattended and keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Make sure the bundle is completely extinguished after use.
