White Sage & Sweetgrass Smudge Stick – 10cm
Add a sweet, aromatic note to your ritual practice with this White Sage & Sweetgrass Smudge Stick. At approximately 10cm, this compact herbal bundle is easy to keep with your incense, crystals and other spiritual tools, ready whenever you want to create a more intentional atmosphere.
White sage is traditionally associated with cleansing and ceremonial practices, while sweetgrass is valued within some Indigenous traditions for its distinctive sweet fragrance and cultural significance. The combination makes for an interesting addition to a collection of botanical ritual tools, with the contrasting aromas creating a more layered experience when burned.
Use as part of your own smoke-cleansing ritual, meditation practice or simply to enjoy the fragrant smoke. Light carefully, allow the end to catch and then extinguish the flame so the herbs can smoulder gently.
Size: Approximately 10cm.
Always use a heatproof, fire-safe dish and ensure the room is well ventilated. Never leave burning herbs unattended. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials, and ensure the bundle is completely extinguished after use.
